Description
Tesamorelin – Research-Grade GHRH Analog | 10 mg | Liquilabs Certified
Tesamorelin is a synthetic 44-amino-acid analog of growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) and one of the most studied compounds in modern endocrine and metabolic research. For researchers in the Netherlands and Belgium ordering Tesamorelin — batch RGXTESA10-2606-01 from Regenorix carries full Liquilabs certification and complete analytical documentation.
What is Tesamorelin?
Tesamorelin is a stabilized analog of human growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH 1-44). A modification at the N-terminus increases its resistance to enzymatic breakdown, extending its functional half-life compared to native GHRH. It acts on GHRH receptors in the anterior pituitary, where research models show it stimulates the pulsatile release of endogenous growth hormone (GH) and a subsequent rise in IGF-1. This well-characterised mechanism has made it a reference compound in studies of the GH/IGF-1 axis and metabolic regulation.

Research Applications
Tesamorelin is used in research models studying visceral adipose tissue (VAT) reduction, growth hormone secretion and pituitary signaling, IGF-1 pathway modulation, lipid metabolism and triglyceride dynamics, body composition, and cognitive function involving the GH/IGF-1 axis. Its targeted action on endogenous GH release makes it a reference compound in metabolic research literature.
